"I want to note with full responsibility that the presidential elections in Azerbaijan were held without any violations of the law," Deputy Chair of Central Commission on Elections and Referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic Tanchtik Shaynazarov said at a briefing on the results of the monitoring of snap presidential elections held in Azerbaijan, APA reports.

"As the people in CIS, we know each other better. The reference point of the state is its people. If the people elect, if the people want, the international organizations can do nothing to it. As IPA CIS, our observations are based on public opinion," he noted.
