"The elections were conducted legitimately and in compliance with all regulations," Russian observer Igor Korotchenko said at a press conference held regarding the snap parliamentary elections held in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
“At this stage, Azerbaijan achieved another political success. With these elections, Azerbaijan once again demonstrated that its policies meet the demands of the times. Following the restoration of its territorial integrity, the holding of presidential elections and then parliamentary elections further proved that this serves the country’s political interests,” Igor Korotchenko added.
