“OSCE/ODIHR observers were invited to observe the election,” Ditmir Bushati, the head of the Election Observation Mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), said this at a press conference on the extraordinary parliamentary elections held in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
He said that the main goal is to observe the election.
"During our stay here, we met with representatives of both the opposition and the government, as well as with NGOs and media representatives. The goal here is to better observe the political environment in the country. I fully assure you that every moment we observe will be reflected in the report."
Ditmir Bushati added that their international observers continue their work in all regions: "All events that may happen will be reflected in the reports."
