Observers from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) are monitoring the snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan's Goygol district, APA's local bureau reports.
International observers have been present at polling station No. 13 of the 100th Goygol-Dashkasan-Kalbajar constituency, located in the village of Koshku in Goygol.
Note that polling station No. 13 is located in the remote village of Koshku in Goygol. High voter turnout is being observed at the station.
