"Any complaint about irregularities in elections has not been received until now," said an observer of GUAM Parliamentary Assembly, MP of Verkhovna Rada Mykhailo Papiyev, APA reports.
"We have visited Sumgayit as an observer, and have been to four polling stations. We are visiting the third station in Baku. We have communicated with different observers. It is a nice case that there are observers from different candidates, political forces. Any complaint has not been received about any irregularities or obstacles in elections until now. As a GUAM observer, I can say that elections are held clearly, transparently, and democratically in all seven polling stations, to which I have been," added Mykhailo Papiyev.
