On February 7, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations observation mission got acquainted with the election process in 7 polling stations and we were able to follow the whole process. The whole process was transparent. We also participated in the process of counting votes, said Sanya Pradeut, the head of the observation mission of the ASEAN, while talking about the early elections held in Azerbaijan on February 7, APA reports.
He said that all processes were carried out transparently: "The transparent process allowed us to observe everything more easily. In general, I highly appreciate the activities of the Azerbaijani government and CEC, as security is provided at a high level. I congratulate the people of Azerbaijan on transparent elections."
