"The previous day, the elections in Azerbaijan were held in very active and transparent conditions. February 7 extraordinary presidential elections can be considered as a democracy holiday for Azerbaijan after Victory," Deputy Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Ali Asghar Muhammadi Sijani said while commenting on the results of the February 7 extraordinary elections in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
