We were represented by 14 delegates from Belarus and observed the election process in various regions of Azerbaijan. I personally monitored the election process in Fuzuli, Shusha, and Khankandi, Sergei Khomenko, a representative of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) said at a press conference, APA reports.
"These elections were a kind of celebration for the population living in the liberated territories. They participated in the elections with their family members and children. I want to highlight these elections as exemplary elections because the parliamentary elections were held transparently and securely," he said.
