The international observers of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States are also monitoring the election process in Khachmaz district regarding the extraordinary elections to the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament).
Firudin Rajabov, a member of the People's Assembly of Dagestan, told APA that one of the observers monitored the election process in the constituency of Khachmaz city 57 and Khachmaz village 58.
He said that the election process was perfectly organized everywhere: "Everything is in order. A very normal election is taking place. Local observers report that there are no violations. Everyone votes for the candidate they want."
