We will have 54 permanent polling stations operating in our liberated territories, Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission said at a press conference held today, APA reports.
“We believe that by the next elections, this issue will be fully resolved, and voters from those regions will be able to cast their ballots in their homeland. There are 10 internally displaced persons (IDP) constituencies, 7 of which fully cover displaced persons, while 3 partially cover them. The number of IDP polling stations is 574, and the number of IDP voters is 397,862,” the CEC Chairman added.
