"International organizations did not have any objections regarding with the preparations for the elections," said Mazahir Panahov, chairman of the Central Election Commission, in his statement to journalists, APA reports.
The chairman of the CEC said that foreign observers are currently on the areas:” Foreign observers also appreciate the work done in the liberated territories in a short period of time.”
Mazahir Panahov pointed out that no webcams have been installed in the polling stations in the liberated territories yet and added that in this regard, relevant institutions have been applied.
Mazahir Panahov also reminded that more than 42 thousand voters will vote in the liberated territories.
