The period allocated for determining appropriate places for placing of pre-election promotion materials on boards in the territory of the polling stations in the extraordinary presidential elections in Azerbaijan has ended, APA reports.
According to the article 87.6 of the Election Code, at the proposal of the district election commission, local executive authority and municipal bodies must ensure the identification of appropriate places for placing pre-election campaign materials on boards in the territory of the polling stations at least 30 days before the voting day.
This period covers the period until January 8, 2024 due to the extraordinary presidential elections and the locations for campaign materials have already been determined.
Note that on February 7, 2024, extraordinary presidential elections will be held in Azerbaijan.
