The Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan (CEC) has prepared a booklet – “Handbook for observers" within the framework of the educational program for election subjects of various statuses regarding the extraordinary presidential elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan scheduled for February 7, 2024, the CEC told APA.
The main goal in the implementation of the project and the preparation of the booklet is to inform the observers who will monitor the upcoming presidential elections, and to provide them with methodical assistance.
The "Handbook for observers" was prepared in three languages - Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
