Votes in the parliamentary elections were counted directly according to international standards, Mousine Sos, a member of the ASEAN Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA).
M. Sos emphasized that accredited representatives of the organization observed that all polling stations were equipped with the necessary equipment and other essential resources for the election.
He also highly valued the Azerbaijani government's efforts in security, particularly in maintaining public order: "We observed that the election system in Azerbaijan is transparent. All observers were given the opportunity to witness the voting process. This factor itself contributes to the accessibility of relevant information. Additionally, after the voting was completed, the ballots were counted and documented in accordance with international standards."
