According to the decision, all institutions and organizations of the so-called regime cease their activities. With this, the "Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh" ends its existence
It was stated that the Armenian-origin population of Garabakh, including those living outside, can familiarize themselves with the reintegration conditions presented by the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to make an independent and individual decision regarding the possibility of returning to the region in the future.
