Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and sovereignty were fully ensured as a result of one-day anti-terrorist measures in September 2023 - 3 years after the nearly 30-year occupation policy of Armenia was ended in the 44-day Patriotic War by our Glorious Army under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev, said by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, who presented the report on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers in 2023 at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis, APA reports.
The Prime Minister noted that this is a historical event and this historical event has a special place in our centuries-old history: "The main feature, characteristic, and importance of the presidential elections on February 7 is that it was the first time in the period of independence that the elections were held in all territories of our country."
