The liberation of our lands from occupation, fly of our flag in Shusha and other occupied territories was the dream of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and the idea of President Ilham Aliyev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov said as he addressed a conference themed "20 years of unparalleled service to the country, people and statehood" dedicated to the 20th anniversary of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev's presidency, APA reports.
“The return of our lands either by peace or by military means was the most important line of the country's policy. President Ilham Aliyev, in his address to the people when the Patriotic War began, saying that the whole world recognizes Garabagh as the territory of Azerbaijan, and that international law is on our side, was the beginning of the road to great victory," he said.
