Azerbaijanis who were banned from leaving the United Arab Emirates for taking a photo with a black child are returning, Vasila Vahidgizi, head of the press service of the State Committee for Work with Diaspora said, APA reports.
According to her, Emin Jalilov and Mehman Panahov, who visited the United Arab Emirates as tourists in December of 2023, and were banned from leaving the UAE after facing certain problems for taking pictures with a small child, left for their homeland an hour ago.
Recall that two Azerbaijani citizens who went on a trip to the United Arab Emirates in December, 2023 were arrested for taking pictures with a black child without permission.
