Representatives of the Azerbaijani community living in Georgia have held a peaceful protest in front of the United Nations (UN) office in Tbilisi, APA reports.

Organized by the Integration Center for Azerbaijanis in Georgia, the event participants protested against Armenia's attempt to turn the international community into a tool for a political, military and information-oriented manipulation campaign.

During the action, "Armenia, stop the attacks!", "Armenia, sign the peace agreement!", "Armenia, stop mining our lands!", "Armenia chooses war, not peace", "Armenian mines kill civilians", "Armenian mines = war crimes!", "There should be no Armenian soldiers on Azerbaijani lands!" and posters with other slogans were displayed.

Brochures were distributed among the local residents interested in the action, highlighting the military and environmental crimes committed by Armenia against Azerbaijan.
