"A special arched fence will be built in the Occupation and Victory Museums Complexes to be built in Aghdam," Faig Hajiyev, Adviser of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Garabagh Economic Region (excluding Shusha district) said as he delivered a speech at the "Cultural heritage and modern architecture - principles of urban planning" panel of the Cultural Heritage Forum, APA reports.
"The stones of the destroyed buildings in Aghdam will be used in the construction of this arched fence. This, obviously, has moral significance. These stones are the ones that keep the memory of history alive," Faig Hajiyev noted.
