On May 14, the 9th “Kharibulbul” International Music Festival commenced in the city of Shusha. The event is organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
The event was attended by Anar Alakbarov, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Executive Director of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, as well as prominent cultural figures and members of the public.
The “Kharibulbul” Festival has once again transformed Shusha into a center of music and vibrant cultural diversity. The event featured not only local performers but also music ensembles and solo artists from abroad. Cultural representatives from the United States, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Türkiye, and Japan were invited to participate in the festival.
The event aims to strengthen intercultural relations, encourage artistic exchange, and support the development of young musicians.
At the opening concert of the “Kharibulbul” Festival, a wide range of Azerbaijani and international artists and ensembles, including renowned performers, orchestras, and dance groups from several countries, gave performances.
The opening concert of the festival concluded with the “Garabagh yallisi.”
