Baku hosts 3rd meeting of Azerbaijan-Croatia Joint Commission -PHOTO

On March 13, the 3rd session of the Joint Commission to promote economic cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Croatia was held in Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku, the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan told APA.

It was noted that before the session, the one-on-one meeting between the co-chairs of Joint Commission – Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Adil Karimli and Croatian Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Damir Habijan was held.

Adil Karimli, welcoming the Croatian minister, said that relations between the two countries are broad spectrum and economic cooperation has a special place in this field.

Croatian Minister Damir Hajiban emphasized that Croatian-Azerbaijani relations are based on mutual trust. He pointed out that there are wide prospects for cooperation between the two countries, and that relations are developing year by year with the political will of the heads of both states.

Then the 3rd session of the Joint Commission to promote economic cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Croatia kicked off.

The speeches of the responsible representatives of both countries on cooperation in the fields of economy and industry, energy, transport, culture, health, education and science were heard.

After the speeches, the co-chairs of the Joint Commission signed a protocol on cooperation in the areas which were discussed at the meeting.
