Azerbaijan to establish “e-culture” platform under Culture–2040 strategy

An “e-culture” platform will be established, APA reports.

This is reflected in the “Azerbaijan Culture – 2040” Concept of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, approved by an order of President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the document, in 2026–2027 the Ministry of Culture, together with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and other relevant state bodies, must ensure the establishment of the “e-culture” platform in order to integrate or coordinate state information resources in the field of culture and implement a unified communication policy. The platform will be tested, and through the “e-culture” platform, access to culture and broad participation in creative activities will be ensured.
