“Our company currently operates on the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR). "MALBI-trans" worked on the Brest-Malashevich corridor prevously. But at the moment we are paying more attention to TITR," said Liliana Krutonog, chief executive officer of the international transport and logistics company "MALBI-trans" of the Czech Republic, to APA-Economics reports in her statement.
"Our previous customers do not use the routes through Ukraine for several reasons. Moreover, our partners now want alternative routes," she added.
The foreign guest noted that Azerbaijan has great potential regarding the TITR route:
“It should be taken into account that now this route has started to gain great popularity among various companies, including Chinese companies. I believe that the volume of cargo transportation on this route will increase. In short, Azerbaijan should use its great potential in this regard. Of course, new investments, projects and multimodal terminals in this direction are needed.”
