Last year, more than 100,000 TEU of containerized cargo was handled at the Baku International Sea Port by ADY, a company within AZCON Holding, marking a record figure in the port’s history, ADY told APA-Economics.
Compared to 2024, nearly a 40 percent increase in this indicator was recorded in 2025, the year the port was integrated into ADY.
“As noted by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, this is only the beginning, and this figure will increase many times over. ADY continues intensive work in this direction,” the statement said.
