Zakharova responded on Alen Simonyan as he called her words absurd

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova responded to Speaker of Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan as he called her words absurd, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.

At the briefing, Zakharova called Simonyan's statement rude.

"What did he call my words about Armenia's recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh as Azerbaijan's territory? This is the first question. Secondly, it seems to me that this public rhetoric is similar to rudeness and does not suit the political figures of Armenia. If they want to talk at the level of experts, at the political level, we have good channels with Armenia in all directions. I understand, everyone's role is written in advance in there (in Armenia-ed.)," said the Russian MFA spokeswoman.
