The US is losing the initiative on all fronts, Sergei Naryshkin, director of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, said this in an interview with the magazine "Razvedchik", APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, Washington has also begun to fail in the post-Soviet space.
He underlined that Armenia and Azerbaijan have not really listened to the recommendations of the US and the European Union for a peaceful settlement, preferring to resolve all issues independently.
