"If Ukraine wins, there will be stability in the region," Oleksandr Kubrakov, Minister of Infrastructure and Reconstruction of Ukraine, who participated in the Munich Security Conference told APA's correspondent assigned to Munich.
"The war has regional aspects and effects. We see its results not only in Ukraine, but in our neighboring states and in the Western world as a whole. Everyone understands that Ukraine must win this war. Only then will there be stability in our region," the Ukrainian minister stressed.
