A Ukrainian drone struck an oil refinery in St Petersburg in the early hours, APA reports citing The Telegraph.
The prominent Fontanka and Baza Telegram channels said anti-air defences shot the drone down over the Nevsky Mazut refinery in the northern city at 4am.
It then exploded upon impact with the refinery. They did not comment on casualties.
Ukraine has attacked multiple oil refineries and export terminals in the last month.
The attack is the third on oil facilities in the region, having struck the main St Petersburg oil terminal on Jan 18 and the Ust-Luga export terminal on the Baltic Sea on Jan 21.
