Ukraine has launched 493 drone attacks on Moscow since the evening of October 13, said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, APA's Russia bureau reports.
According to him, Russian air defense systems neutralized most of the drones at a considerable distance, but 180 UAVs were shot down as they approached Moscow.
No injuries or damage have been reported.
Flights were suspended at all Moscow airports due to Ukraine's massive drone attack. Vnukovo Airport reportedly remained closed for more than eight hours, and passengers were disembarked from all flights.
