The “Lukoil–Volgogradneftepererabotka” oil refinery located in the Russian city of Volgograd was attacked by unnamed aerial vehicles, APA reports, citing local media.
Andrey Bocharov, the governor of the Volgograd region, confirmed the attack on the refinery by unnamed aerial vehicles.
"Damage to windows in residential buildings and vehicles has been recorded in several districts of Volgograd. A fire broke out in the industrial zone of the Krasnoarmeysky district,” Bocharov stated.
At the same time, reports circulating on social media claim that a missile launched by Russia’s "Pantsir" air defense system hit a high-rise building in Volgograd.
