A planned terrorist attack by Ukraine targeting a military academy dormitory in the Moscow region has been thwarted, APA's Moscow bureau reports citing the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).
It was stated that a Russian Ministry of Defense serviceman, who had been recruited by Ukrainian intelligence services for the preparation of the attack, has been arrested.
It was noted that parts of an explosive device were seized from the detained individual. Additionally, correspondence with a Ukrainian curator discussing the planned crime was also discovered.
