Macron’s administration is looking for opportunities for a “political revanche” in Africa, Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) said in a statement, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
It was noted that Macron has authorized intelligence services to develop a plan to eliminate “undesirable leaders” in Africa.

France’s main blow is directed at Mali. Paris is trying to create conditions for the overthrow of President Goita through attacks on fuel tankers, blockades of Malian cities, and terror against civilians. Paris continues to look for opportunities to carry out provocations in the Central African Republic.
France is also working on ways to overthrow Madagascar’s new president, Randrianirini, who has set a course toward developing relations with BRICS. Paris has set itself the goal of “restoring a loyal regime” in the country,” the Russian SVR statement emphasized.
