The Ukrainian armed forces have carried out a missile strike on Bryansk, resulting in deaths and injuries, the governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz, informed, APA reports.
"The Ukrainian forces deliberately struck civilians. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded. Priority measures are being taken to contain and eliminate the consequences of this inhumane terrorist act," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
