The Sadovod market in Moscow, where Azerbaijani entrepreneurs also operate, was damaged during a Ukrainian drone attack on the Russian capital, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
Debris from a drone intercepted by Russian air defense systems fell on the roof of the first row of the Sadovod shopping complex, causing a fire. The blaze was extinguished shortly afterward.
Azerbaijani entrepreneurs working at the market told APA that the shops had been temporarily closed and that they were allowed to enter the shopping complex after 10 a.m.
The Moscow Oil Refinery and the Sadovod market are located close to each other in Moscow’s Kapotnya district. The debris reportedly came from drones targeting the refinery.
