"I cannot say the exact date when Ukrainian fighters will be withdrawn from Kursk," Russian President Vladimir Putin said at his traditional annual press conference, APA reports.

"Our men are fighting. We will definitely remove them from our territory. As for the exact date, I cannot say anything about that. It doesn’t work like that. The men there can hear me. Whether their withdrawal happens in one or two days doesn’t matter. I can only say that we will restore all infrastructure: public service facilities, schools, and kindergartens. We will also relocate those who want to move to other regions. Work is already underway in this regard. People are suffering serious losses, especially dealing with significant concerns related to children. However, the population's housing and household needs will be met," Putin said.
