The Ministry of Defense of Russia appealed to Wagner fighters, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
In its appeal, the Ministry of Defense called on the Wagnerites to lay down their weapons and return to the place of deployment.
"You are deceived by Prigogine's criminal adventure and take part in an armed rebellion. Your several comrades have already understood their faults and applied to ensure the possibility of safe return to the places of permanent deployment. All fighters, and commanders who applied, are provided with such assistance by us. We ask you to exercise caution and contact representatives of the Russian Ministry of Defense or law enforcement agencies as soon as possible. We guarantee everyone's safety," the appeal says.
