Three hours after the Russian ballistic missile strike on Sumy, Zelenskyy reported that 31 people had been killed, including 2 children.
Over 80 people were injured in the attack, including 10 children.
"It is crucial that the world does not stay silent or indifferent.
Russian strikes deserve nothing but condemnation. There must be pressure on Russia to end the war and guarantee security for people."

"A Russian missile attack on Ukraine's northeastern city of Sumy has resulted in multiple civilian casualties," the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, announced on Telegram, APA reports citing Ukrinform.
