Russia still does not see any change in the U.S. position regarding Ukraine, said Sergey Ryabkov, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, Trump's team is interested in restoring dialogue with Russia, and Moscow is ready for dialogue with Washington D.C: "Currently, there is no agreement on high-level contacts between Russia and the U.S."
Ryabkov has noted that the U.S. policy violates the non-proliferation regime for nuclear weapons and that control over it is weakening.
