Armenia ratifying the Rome Statute will have the most negative consequences for Russian-Armenian bilateral relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation stated, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
“The ratification of the Rome Statute by Armenia will have the most negative consequences for bilateral relations. Moscow hopes that there are forces in the Armenian Parliament who will not stamp the harmful decision on the statute,” the statement of the Russian MFA reads.
It was also stressed that Yerevan has not considered the response proposals of the Russian side regarding the document.
