Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia commented on the detention of former “presidents” of the separatists in Garabagh Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Araik Harutyunyan, and "state minister" Ruben Vardanyan, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mari Zakharova said that those mentioned persons are citizens of Armenia in response to an Armenian reporter's question "Is Moscow taking any measures to return the "leaders" of the separatists and Vardanyan?"
“You seem to be mixing things up. This question should be asked not to us, but to the Armenian side. Those persons are citizens of Armenia," said Maria Zakharova.
