Russian, Kazakh presidents hold phone talks

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a phone conversation, the Kremlin confirmed on Saturday, APA reports citing Tele Trader.

According to the Russian readout of the call, the leaders delved into discussions on the practical execution of joint projects spanning trade, economics, transportation, logistics and energy between the two nations, vowing to enhance collaboration and foster mutually beneficial initiatives in key sectors for Russia and Kazakhstan.

Tokayev is also said to have acknowledged the "meaningful" content of Putin's recent address to the Federal Assembly.
