Russia has appealed to its citizens in South Korea following the declaration of martial law in the country, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on its citizens in South Korea to remain calm, follow government recommendations, and refrain from participating in mass events, particularly those of a political nature, following the announcement of martial law by President Yoon Suk Yeol.
It was noted that the Russian Embassy in Seoul is monitoring the situation closely. Citizens are advised to contact the embassy's hotline in case of emergencies.
