Russian air defense forces shot down 306 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) overnight, APA’s Moscow bureau reports, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.
The ministry said the drones were shot down over the Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saratov and Ulyanovsk regions, as well as the republics of Crimea, Tatarstan, Udmurtia and Chuvashia, and Perm Krai.
In addition, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that strikes had been carried out on Ukraine’s ports of Izmail and Chornomorsk.
“On Sunday evening, the Mavka dry cargo ship carrying military equipment was attacked in Chornomorsk. On Monday morning, a loading complex in Izmail was struck. A patrol ship was also struck in the Black Sea,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
