"The US attacked Russia through the hands of the Ukrainian authorities," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference following the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, the United States has attacked Russia through Ukraine, helping Ukraine fire long-range weapons at Russian territory.
Lavrov emphasized that Russia does not want to attack anyone, and it was the United States, through the hand of the Ukrainian government, that attacked Russia.
