Sergei Lavrov, Russia's foreign minister, is asked about Russia's assessment of US strikes on Yemen and its support of Israel, APA reports citing Sky News.
He says the US and UK "have overstepped and basically trampled into the ground all the norms of international law".
"No-one has been given the authority to bomb Yemen, he adds, comparing the situation to Libya in 2011.
Turning to the Middle East in general, he suggests US troops are overstaying their welcome in Iraq," the Russian top diplomat noted.
