"The Armenian authorities want to establish relations with their enemies, not with their neighbors and friends," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told journalists at a press conference on the final results of the 3rd Antalya Diplomatic Forum, APA reports.
The minister noted that the leadership of Armenia for some reason believes that it should build its destiny not by cooperating with the nearest neighbors and peoples who are historically united with them, but with those who are against their friends.
