Bringing the war criminals guilty of the Khojaly genocide to justice and restoring historical justice is important, said Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of the Russian "Nasionalnaya Oborona" magazine, a well-known military expert, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

“The 32nd anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, the mass murder of civilians by the Armenian armed forces in Khojaly city on the night of February 25-26, 1992 is a genocide againist the Azerbaijani people in terms of international law. The Armenian militants killed 613 Azerbaijanis - women, elderly and children as a result of a merciless massacre. Bring the war criminals responsible for the Khojaly genocide to justice and restoring historical justice is necessary,” the Russian military expert noted in his Telegram account.
