“The 32nd anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, the mass murder of civilians by the Armenian armed forces in Khojaly city on the night of February 25-26, 1992 is a genocide againist the Azerbaijani people in terms of international law. The Armenian militants killed 613 Azerbaijanis - women, elderly and children as a result of a merciless massacre. Bring the war criminals responsible for the Khojaly genocide to justice and restoring historical justice is necessary,” the Russian military expert noted in his Telegram account.
