The Appellate Board of the 2nd Western District Military Court of the Russian Federation has sentenced the direct perpetrators of the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert venue to life imprisonment during an off-site hearing held at the Moscow City Court, APA reports, citing RBC.
It was noted that Shamsidin Fariduni, Dalerjon Mirzoyev, Muhammadsobir Fayzov and Saidakram Rajaboli Zoda were sentenced to life imprisonment, to be served in a special-regime penal colony.
They will serve part of their sentences in prison and the remaining part in a special-regime correctional colony.
In addition, the court imposed a fine of 990,000 rubles on each of them.
On March 22, 2024, a terrorist attack was carried out at the Crocus concert hall in the city of Krasnogorsk in the Moscow region. As a result, 145 people, including six children, were killed and 551 others were injured.
