The investigation into the terrorist act committed at Crocus has been completed, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
According to the report, the Russian Investigative Committee has completed its investigation into the terrorist act that took place at the concert hall Crocus City Hall in the city of Krasnogorsk, Moscow region, and the parties have begun to familiarize with the materials.
Lawyers of the individuals accused of the Crocus terrorist act case have stated that they expect the case to be submitted to court at the end of March, on the anniversary of the tragedy, for a hearing on the merits of the case.
"The investigative actions into the case have been completed, and the parties have begun to review the materials of the case. According to the legislation, the victims do this first, and their number is close to a thousand. Therefore, the possibility of the case for being submitted to court for a quick hearing is low," said Oleq Vlasov, one of the accused's lawyer .
